The development and the certification of integrated quality and security system for the “Hellenic Cooperative Ongology Group” according to ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 was recently concluded. The “Hellenic Cooperative Ongology Group” (HeCOG) is a non-profit scientific organisation that consists of leading physicians and other scientists, members of the Medical Oncologic community.
“D-CONSULTING Management Systems” has provided consulting services for the development, installation and certification of an integrated quality and security system that concerns the organization, the development, the implementation and the support of clinical studies.
The basic principles that’ support the implementation of the integrated system were the requirements of ICH / GCP guidelines and the widestframe of applicable laws and regulations.
The Quality Manual, the Policies and the Procedures are an integral part of the documentation for the quality and the security of medical data and are subject of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standard requirements, the requirements of Regulatory Authorities (ΕΟΦ) and the Code of Ethics of HeCOG.
